Delta + Equinox – Sweatlag: Brand Activation

One of the most uncomfortable parts of travel is dealing with jet lag.

Research has shown that one of the best ways to cure jet lag is to exercise.

So, to help Delta travelers as they move around the globe, we created Sweatlag: the first workout scientifically designed to beat jet lag. The workout was curated to help muscles synchronize to a new time zone, reduce stiffness associated with travel, and generally encourage the body to reset. Classes were held at Equinox clubs across Los Angeles, and anyone with a boarding pass could attend.

This project was a cool way to bring together two brands that I love, and to actually kick a real traveler problem: jet lag sucks!
